Imogen founded Riverstone in 1985 after a decade at a major actuarial consultancy. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's Diploma in Personal Finance — an unusually layered credential that lets her work fluently across pensions, investment, and the long-tailed actuarial questions of retirement and legacy planning. She has led every client relationship in the firm for forty years.

David joined Riverstone in 2008 after eight years at a national paraplanning house. He is responsible for the technical analysis behind every recommendation — the cashflow modelling, the IHT calculations, and the suitability documentation. He works closely with Imogen on every client review and signs off on the written plan before it reaches the client.
Sarah has been with Riverstone since 2014. She is the first voice most clients hear when they call. She coordinates annual reviews, handles correspondence with HMRC and product providers, and keeps the practice running. Clients who have been with us for a long time will tell you that Sarah is the reason the firm feels personal.
